9:00 Seating = Welcome Punch + Seven Courses with Pairings + Champagne Toast ($165/person + tax + gratuity)

New Year's Eve is one of the most celebrated days of the year, and we want our menu for the evening to reflect that significance. Chef Josh and his team started down the creative process of writing a menu for this special day and, as they always strive to do, they had the highest of standards set for themselves. After drafting and redrafting numerous menus, it still didn't feel quite right. So, they started over with a new idea . . . this time from a place of inspiration. In recognition of their favorite chefs, favorite restaurants and favorite dishes, they have decided to create a tribute menu. They have chosen their favorite dishes from chefs they highly respect. The dishes they have chosen are some of the most intricate and difficult to prepare but Chef Josh and his team are excited for the challenge. Veritas Tavern invites you to bring in the New Year with them by experiencing this tribute to the chefs and restaurants that help fuel their creativity and drive who they aspire to be.
